- Sponsor our festive Winter Window Wanderland to spread Christmas cheer in our community
Local businesses are an important part of our community and both the Community Trust and the Parish Council are keen for sponsors to have a connection with the village; for this to also be an opportunity to promote goods and services available to Tollerton residents; and a chance for residents to gain greater understand the business community in our village.
We also welcome sponsorship from larger businesses that Tollerton residents might use in the wider county, online, or who employ residents living in our community and organisations looking to offset the impacts of their activity on the community, such as aviation and waste.
Sponsor our Community Events
Village Fayre: Our Fayre is organised by volunteers as part of the work of the Tollerton Community Trust in partnership with Tollerton Parish Council. As well as offering an opportunity for local groups and good causes to fundraise, recruit and build links with the community the Village Fayre has been recognised by residents as important for bringing the village together and encouraging community spirit in Tollerton.
The annual cost of running the village fayre is around £5500 which includes the infrastructure needed to hold the event, first aid cover, insurances and an entertainment budget for the arena/marquee. These costs have to be covered by the event and fundraising efforts and any surplus is put back into the event or goes into a local grants pot. We offer the following fundraising packages to help meet these costs:
Gold sponsorship package – £550

- Large business logo on every poster put up in Tollerton and surrounding villages
- Large business logo on Village Fayre promotional flyer delivered to every house in Tollerton
- Inclusion in the list of thanks and sponsors in the July village newsletter delivered to every house in Tollerton
- Complimentary stall or publicity space at the village fayre from 11.30am – 4.30pm
- Your own low level advertising can be placed around the arena
- Optional Sponsor’s announcement on the PA (£50 supplement)
.Silver sponsorship package – £200
- Inclusion on the Village Fayre website/blog/social media
- Small business logo on Village Fayre promotional flyer delivered to every house in Tollerton
- Inclusion in the list of thanks and sponsors in the July village newsletter delivered to every house in Tollerton
- Your own low level advertising can be placed around the arena
Winter Window Wanderland: Introduced in 2020 our winter window wanderland is a Covid safe event that encourages our community to show off their creative side. Residents deocrate and illuminate their windows as part of a walking trail around the village adding to that festive feel of christmas lights and decorations. Our running costs for the event are around £500
